Here To Help
I only wish I knew then what I know now.
Looking back on our epilepsy journey, there are so many things I wish I had known sooner—products, communities, services, even tiny hacks that would’ve made life just a little easier.
This page is a collection of all the things that helped us along the way. Some are practical, some are comforting, and some just made us feel a little more human during the chaos. If even one of them makes your path feel a bit lighter, then this was worth sharing.
We’re all just figuring this out—together. 💜
The Things:
These are the things that made a difference—big or small.
From daily tools to unexpected game-changers, every item on this list helped make life a little easier, a little safer, or just a little more manageable as we figured out how to best support Malia.
Here’s a list of websites that have been incredibly helpful throughout our journey.
They’re not in any particular order, but each one has played a meaningful role in helping us navigate life with Malia and advocate for her in the best way possible. Some of these may be directed to the state we live in.
